To learn what Act 166 is, along with eligibility and registration, use the link provided. The Agency of Education Guidance confirms that all 5 year olds are eligible for Act 166 funding if families choose not to enroll in Kindergarten. If you have questions, our office manager can help.
Contact both districts yourself: the one you are leaving and the one you are moving into. Ask how remaining funds can be reallocated during the school year. Once you have done that, the office manager can serve as the liaison between you and the Act 166 coordinators.

Yes. We are happy to accept payments from families who qualify for monetary support through Child Care Resource.
No. The program runs from the last week of August, right before Labor Day, up until the second week of June. Families plan summer care separately. If you are unsure how that lines up with your own schedule, ask.
